Sue’s classes are interactive so bring an apron and sign up early – these classes fill very quickly with only eight participants. A ten dollar nonrefundable deposit is required and will be returned at class via a Harmony gift certificate.

Customer appreciation day all day long! There will be a 10% off discount at the till for all customers (no double discounts).

Deli’s 3^rd Tuesday of the Month Luncheon.

They will be serving: taco pie, tossed salad, and dessert for $5.00 a plate.

 

Thursday, April 17^th

6pm – 8pm

Naturopathic Doctor, Rachel Oppitz, will  teach this class focusing on detoxing your body. She will focus on: reasons why to detox, support, foods, and detox benefits. There is no charge for this class, but please be sure to sign up at the till.

 

 

Tuesday, April 22^nd 

Harmony loves to celebrate Earth Day! We will be sampling throughout the day and holding special One-Day-Only green cleaner sales.  Please come and join us for this special celebration at Harmony Co-op!
