I am inspired by the cooperative style of business and select many products that are organic, produced on cooperative farms or are locally produced. We carry local eggs seasonally, frozen grass fed bison, wild caught salmon, and natural beef and chickens. Along with our free-range natural and organic meats in frozen you will find a full line of vegetarian products, breads, juice, fruits, vegetables, and desserts.
Our dairy section specializes in Organic Valley products (milk, cheese, butter, and eggs), White Wave soy products, and our yogurt selection is out of this world. I bring a sampling of great cheeses such as chevre, raw milk cheddar, feta, pepper jack, gouda, muenster and several vegan alternatives.
